Japan 8.9 Quake 11 March 2011

The following was psychically experienced 27 Oct 2010 and was posted on Twitter the same day. It is copied word for word. That was 135 days before the cataclysmic event occurred 11 March 2011 off the coast of SENDAI, Japan. The numeric 45 is thought to be the signature of quakes for Japan, as well as multiples thereof.  This tragedy is generally regarded as far from over and is believed to be one of the world’s worst disasters. The nuclear Fukushima plant is still world threatening in the minds of some experts.  Others are disinclined to comment, while still others argue it is a big ocean out there to worry about widespread contamination.

Oh! Oh! Japan in the wake of Indonesia? This could be nasty!!!

Different Time Zones are Paranormally Ignored on Quake Predictions

The note given below was published in the “Experiences” section of the Paranormal Review (PR), April 2001. The PR is affiliated with the Society for Psychical Research in London, who approximately a week before the happenings, was the first to receive my quakes predictions and record them.

It is not easy to believe that two sequential quakes were predicted to occur in different regions of the world to the exact time in minutes; separated in time by the exact number of minutes. I experienced both remotely, 10 days earlier in real time and was awake the entire 86 minutes. They occurred in different time zones, registered by the NEIC to GMT/UTC clock settings. Those times coincided with the settings of my digital clock, which were two minutes off from local time, thus demonstrating how personal the paranormal can be. It can do anything it pleases.

ON DECEMBER 3rd 2000, I experienced two “visuals”, one at 4:44 am and the other at 6:10 am, both as indicated on the clock at
my California address. The two events were similar in that on each occasion, my ordinary thought process was interrupted and I was
observing myself in an unfamiliar room where the floor and furnishings were shaking – to a lesser degree in the second case.
But the movement was seen, not felt, paralleling the sort of static “movement without motion” described in my letter about
(discarnate ageing in Paranormal Review No. 15 (p.15).  {Note the difference in the spelling of “ageing” in the UK versus “aging” in America.)

My conviction was that the two earthquakes would occur somewhere in the world within the following 14 days, separated by the
same time difference of exactly 86 minutes. So I immediately set out what had happened in a letter to the Editor of the SPR Journal and posted it on the same day, adjusting the above times by two minutes to accommodate a clock error against GMT [This letter was duly received before Dec 13 – Ed.].

Two quakes neatly satisfying the predicted gap requirement were recorded on December 13th by the US Geological Survey. They involved different tectonic plate regions in Kazakhstan and the Bismarck Sea, and reached respective levels of 4.9 and 5.6 at UTC times of 4:44 and 6:10, plus some 20 seconds in each case. (See NOTE below)

Thus despite my 2-minute clock error and the difference between local time and the GMT/UTC figures recorded by USGS, the quakes coincided with my actual clock readings (apart from the seconds component, which my timepiece didn’t provide) and were therefore separated by exactly 86

So the paranormal had made it easy for me by anticipating everything, even where I would be looking for the data and how that
data would be reported. This made it possible to understand what would have otherwise remained obscure, as data could not have been assimilated for the different time zones. It’s uncanny, demonstrating a very personal piece of clairvoyance. Also, although
statistics are limiting in relation to paranormal understanding, the probability of random sampling to the minute for two quakes separated by a specified time within a span of 14 days is vanishingly small.

Assuming, then, that my “visuals” and the earthquakes were indeed related, what can be learned? A big question is what and
where is the room I was in during the two events? And how could I be witnessing future quakes in different geographical areas in the same room? If anything, the experience suggests that OBE’s may be nothing more than an expanded state of awareness. But it goes beyond that. The word “dislocation” comes to mind.

Final NTSB Report of TWA 800

The NTSB investigation ended with the adoption of their final report on August 23, 2000. In it they concluded that the probable cause of the accident was “an explosion of the center wing fuel tank (CWT), resulting from ignition of the flammable fuel/air mixture in the tank. The source of ignition energy for the explosion could not be determined with certainty, but, of the sources evaluated by the investigation, the most likely was a short circuit outside of the CWT that allowed excessive voltage to enter it through electrical wiring associated with the fuel quantity indication system.”

It seems the NTSB and Boeing dismissed electrostatic discharge (ESD) as probable cause and, instead, latched onto a short circuit. In so doing they created a highly improbable scenario. Aircraft systems utilize low voltages ranging from 24 VDC to 30 VDC. By what means this range can transform into an “excessive voltage” without auto-inductive means in the indication system is beyond me. What am I missing?

Probable cause points to unruly, electrostatic energy. Air conditioning (A/C) units had been operating at full capacity while the aircraft sat on the tarmac for six hours in a hot July sun, thus lowering temperatures internal to the aircraft and raising ESD levels because of it. The units, which are adjacent to the CWT, had vaporized residual fuel within the tank through heat transfer. A bomb had been created waiting to explode. The fuse, it can be said, was the energy traversing the electrical wiring from the cockpit of the 747 to the fuel level sensor. The short-circuit notion seems to have been something pulled out of thin air.

The pilot had made an altitude change to 15,000 feet, as instructed by the air controller. TWA 800 had likely met its fate upon reaching that altitude, but what was the cause? Most likely it was ESD from pilot, or co-pilot, to gauges and switches on the console or display panel. Electrostatic voltage above several thousand volts had produced a `rogue spark’ that fused its way to the fuel sensor in the CWT and caused the explosion. Supportive of that was the pilot who noticed that the fuel gauge to Engine 4 was behaving erratically. It would be surprising if the pilot didn’t tap the gauge, as humans are prone to do, and in the process sparked the panel. A diverging spark would most certainly find the path of least resistance to discharge the energy. It’s anyone’s guess where that path might be and how many discharges had occurred in flights before. It’s frightening.

TWA 800 Tragedy Revealed

The TWA 800 myth began collectively on the very day the flight exploded 17 July 1996. That was 19 days after my paranormal experience of a “major natural disaster” Although I shared describing the experience with another individual; I was to put the psychical message aside because of a single word, ‘natural’. It seems ‘major’ and ‘disaster’ fit the scenario, but ‘natural’ did not until the final NTSB report was finally released over 10 years later (See previous post, “Final NTSB Report”). That brought ‘natural’ closer to the truth, but not altogether because of what the NTSB described. Their description remains a physical impossibility for depicting a “rogue spark” was causal to the explosion that occurred in the center fuel tank (CFT), often referred to as the center wing tank (CWT). The spark according to the NTSB occurred accidentally because of a frayed or loose electrical wire routed to the fuel indicator. I will go into that in more detail soon.

The TWA 800 myth was taking root in speculation that included terrorism, missile attack and even alien UFO’s. The truth was not to be learned in over 10 years, and to this day remains out of reach to the public, largely  because of political expediency against financial loss. Insurance companies are not known to be fair and willing to settle equitably, and aviation disasters are the worst in civil suits. Cases are usually closed but always undergoing investigation.  What better way to hold off financial settlements.

The paranormal revealed the truth 19 days beforehand. Cultish, though it may seem, the number 19 was to have meaning in aviation’s future, when another aircraft disaster in an international flight occurred four years later. It, too, was predicted 19 days beforehand. However, the paranormal message was simply “air-crash” without specifics. Concorde Flight AF4590 exploded on the runway on take-off from Charles de Gaulle Airport near Paris, France on 25 July 2000. Two tragic incidents of air disasters appeared to relate to ‘19’, and both ended in a fireball, where all onboard of both aircraft were killed.  A common cause included negligence, but only the latter group appears to have heeded the warning for putting out an unencumbered report. Echoes of the past are invariably revealing.

The final NTSB report speculates that a loose or frayed electrical wire ignited jet fuel vapors that exploded the center fuel tank (CFT) and destroyed the aircraft.  That suggests the spark had to transfer all the way from the pilot’s instrument panel,  console, or wherever; to the CFT but is not characteristic of low voltage systems.  What is characteristic and not revealed in the report is that electrostatic discharge (ESD) is the only means of transferring a voltage of sufficient magnitude to discharge elsewhere. Otherwise, sparking in low voltage systems occurs at the source and does not transfer. Surely this is basic and widely known of electrical phenomena.

It was also stated  that 50 gallons of residual fuel was in the CFT prior to flight and was in a highly volatile state because of heat rising from the air-conditioning (a/c) units underneath. The aircraft had been idle on the tarmac in a hot July sun for six hours before finally being cleared for take-off. It is no wonder the a/c units were running at full capacity and residual fuel in the CFT became vaporous and more volatile.

In the climbing phase of the Boeing 747, the pilot at some point before reaching the cruising altitude of 31,000 feet began the ritual of transferring fuel from one wing tank to the other to balance loads. This is procedural and the fuel is transferred to wing tanks through the CFT.  In order to perform the task he had to make physical contact with the instrument panel to activate the appropriate switch. Conceivably, in doing so he discharged the static electricity that he had accumulated on himself.  This is because of excessive dry air and is explained further below. That electrostatic discharge would be to the nearest aircraft ground, barring “jumps” to lesser levels. The source would be from the appropriate switch, which has its wiring routed to the CFT for activating the fuel pump. The pump was known to be leaking, beforehand, but because it was in the CFT it posed no real threat, or so it was thought. ESD would not occur in the cable routing to the pump because the conduit serves as a protective Faraday shield. However, the conduit logistically terminates at the pump, which has nothing to do with any sensor or indicator as the NTSB erringly describes. ESD with a potential of only a few thousand volts is all that was needed to have ignited the heated fuel vapor in the CFT, but a good guess is the potential was much greater because of conditions surrounding the Boeing 747 while waiting for take-off those many hours.

It is the function of a/c units to take the moisture out of cabin air to lower temperatures and in the process electrostatic energy levels build up. Only an ESD spark satisfies the criteria of “natural” and is what the paranormal revealed on June 28, 19 days before that fateful explosion on July 17, 1996.

The paranormal message was clearly a “major natural disaster.” All three words have to fit to affirm what the paranormal had revealed. ESD, as a natural phenomenon is no different than lightning for discharging static electricity that builds-up at the base of cumulus clouds. A sparking of wires, as the NTSB report describes the event is unnatural, or accidental, and inaccurately describes what really happened.

Predicted Earth Off-Axis Shift Because of Chilean Quake 27 Feb 2010

Let us begin with the condensed NASA report, dated 01 March 2010.

JPL research scientist Richard Gross computed how Earth’s rotation should have changed as a result of the Feb. 27 quake. Using a complex model, he and fellow scientists came up with a preliminary calculation that the quake should have shortened the length of an Earth day by about 1.26 microseconds (a microsecond is one millionth of a second).

Perhaps more impressive is how much the quake shifted Earth’s axis. Gross calculates the quake should have moved Earth’s figure axis (the axis about which Earth’s mass is balanced) by 2.7 milliarcseconds (about 8 centimeters, or 3 inches). Earth’s figure axis is not the same as its north-south axis; they are offset by about 10 meters (about 33 feet).

By comparison, Gross said the same model estimated the 2004 magnitude 9.1 Sumatran earthquake should have shortened the length of day by 6.8 microseconds and shifted Earth’s axis by 2.32 milliarcseconds (about 7 centimeters, or 2.76 inches).

Gross said that even though the Chilean earthquake is much smaller than the Sumatran quake, it is predicted to have changed the position of the figure axis by a bit more for two reasons. First, unlike the 2004 Sumatran earthquake, which was located near the equator, the 2010 Chilean earthquake was located in Earth’s mid-latitudes, which makes it more effective in shifting Earth’s figure axis. Second, the fault responsible for the 2010 Chiliean earthquake dips into Earth at a slightly steeper angle than does the fault responsible for the 2004 Sumatran earthquake. This makes the Chile fault more effective in moving Earth’s mass vertically and hence more effective in shifting Earth’s figure axis.

Gross said the Chile predictions will likely change as data on the quake are further refined.

Two quotes below from eleven years earlier were taken from the published article “The Paranormal Objectified in a Perplexing Encounter,” Journal of Religion and Psychical Research, July 1999.

Quote 1: A vision appeared of a single band encircling the world. It was vertically oriented and tilted to the left at the top. Then unexpectedly there were three bands instead of one, wobbling in and out of one another while encircling the earth.

Quote 2: The three earth bands were approximately twice the diameter of the globe and encircling it in full view. All three bands were very narrow and of equal width. I was part of the vision, watching myself observe it from a considerable distance away and witnessing the phenomenon in a crouched position. I felt no emotion whatsoever, as is usual in my psychic experiences. It is as if all events are mere commonplace. It is only afterwards that I begin feeling emotion again, but the feelings come back very slowly.

I probed again and learned the balance of the bands was only made possible through alignment, wherein all bands must be made to appear as one. The bands separating and going askew undoubtedly mean chaos. I believe it to be an extension of an earlier prediction dated 15 March 1988: File – YRPRED, 27 December 1990. End Quotes.

The question is what is the significance of the band/s? It is clear that what I observed was not the band tilted, but rather the Earth tipped on its axis.
